Bharti followed the 16:8 routine, where she would eat between 12 pm and 7 pm and fast for the remaining 16 hours. She didn’t count calories or eliminate foods she loved. “I don’t follow any strict diet. I eat everything, parathas, eggs, dal, sabzi, but I make sure I eat at the right time,” Bharti quipped.
Her approach was refreshingly simple: no fad diets, no fancy superfoods, and no guilt over occasional indulgences. She gave her body enough time to adjust to the new eating pattern and soon began feeling more active. “My body now refuses to eat after 7 pm,” she shared, adding that she no longer feels breathless or fatigued.
