Green chilies – 2 finely chopped
Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons finely chopped
Spinach – 1 cup finely chopped
Sweet corn – 1/2 cup (boiled)
Rice flour – 3 tablespoons
Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Water – as needed
Oil – for frying
Method:
Prepare the batter:
