Coronation Street fans have predicted that one character will face more drama after a huge twist. Asha Alahan (Tanisha Gorey) has continued to struggle in the aftermath of her attack on the ITV cobbles.

A nasty patient, called Naomi, inflicted a vicious verbal and physical attack on the young paramedic. Asha was pushed to breaking point after being subjected to racist abuse from the drunken woman. But it wasn't the only run-in that the two had. Asha spotted Naomi, who was hosting a careers fair, while visiting a hotel for lunch with her dad, Dev. She bravely approached Naomi and reminded her of how she was only trying to help her when she was drunk, but in return was abused and spat on. However, Naomi claimed not to remember what had happened and warned Asha against making allegations, leaving her feeling lost and upset.

Bernie got wind of the vile interaction and decided to take matters into her own hands, after learning from Kit that it would be difficult to bring charges against Naomi as there's no evidence except for Asha's word.
