Prince Harry is back in the UK for four days this week, having landed at Heathrow Airport on Monday morning - the third year anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's death. The Duke of Sussex, 40, so far has been busy since landing, having travelled to Windsor this morning to lay flowers at the late Queen's grave.
The duke then attended The Wellchild Awards 2025 in London - a charity the prince is pleased to be patron of. While this is just the start of a busy four days for the prince, who flew back to his home country without his wife Meghan Markle by his side, the duke will no doubt have some time to relax. However, with reports suggesting the duke will not be staying at a royal palace, he will no doubt be relaxing elsewhere. Here at Express.co.uk we have looked at three places the duke may choose to stay this week...
Prince Harry may opt to stay at Althorp House, his late mother Princess Diana's ancestral family home.
Harry's uncle Earl Charles Spencer still lives at the estate and is believed to have hosted Harry before on a previous visit to the UK.
The prince is believed to get on well with his uncle, which would make Althorp a desirable place for the prince to stay.
Speaking to Express.co.uk last week, royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams said: "It is possible that Harry may visit Althorp on his visit. He has remained close to his uncle."
Frogmore Cottage used to be a guaranteed place for Harry and Meghan to stay on trips to the UK, with the couple having been gifted the Windsor property by the late Queen after their 2018 wedding.
However, three years after quitting royal life, the keys to the property were handed back by the couple after they were requested to vacate following the publication of Harry's 2023 memoir Spare.
While the couple were not living in the home at the time, having already relocated to America, the handing back of the keys was believed to be a sad day for them.
Although it is unlikely Harry will be granted access to the cottage, it remains empty, which means it could be a possibility.
Another likely option for Prince Harry is a stay at a luxury hotel in London - something he has done before.
This is a good option for the prince, especially as the security is likely to be sufficient to ensure his safety.
However, when Harry has stayed in such hotels before, the names of these hotels tend to be kept out of the public domain for security reasons.
